Hazardous Chemicals are widely used in plating facilities as part of their daily operation. Our team will ensure that all safety requirements are met for these types of facilities. Safety guidelines for these types of facilities include but are not limited to:

• Proper Chemical Storage
• Proper NFPA signage in locations where a Hazardous chemical will be stored or used for processing
• Chemical Compatibility evaluation for all solvents/chemicals for all the material of the equipment it will see through its processing
• Ensure properly defined Standard Operating Procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all operators
• Ensure property safety precautions are in place for any immediate needs (eye wash, extinguisher, etc)
• Ensure sufficient air changes where hazardous fumes can result from standard processing
